Check a recorded call

Drop a phone or VoIP recording and read 6 panels: health per call, packet loss and gaps, bandwidth and origin, clipping, noise and signal-to-noise, cut-off at the start and end. It judges the faults no call should have; set your own limits for the rest. Your audio is not uploaded.

Now a recorded call

How long a call can be, per format

The API takes one call per request up to the length below; a longer call is refused with the limit for its format named, here and on the API alike. In the browser a file can be up to 50 MB.

FormatLongest call in one request
8 kHz mono (telephone)92.8 min
16 kHz mono (wideband VoIP)46.4 min
48 kHz mono15.4 min
48 kHz stereo7.7 min

At 8 and 16 kHz an ordinary call fits in one request, so there is no need to split it. Splitting only matters for long calls kept at 48 kHz.

Many calls at once

The QC view takes a set of calls in the browser, one row per call with its verdict. Over the API, the batch route takes up to 20 recordings in one call, with the same measures and margins.
