Terms of Service
The agreement between you and AudioLaunch (KVK 54871204, Eindhoven, NL) for using AudioLab.tools. Plain language; binding terms.
AudioLab.tools is operated by AudioLaunch (KVK 54871204, Eindhoven, Netherlands). By using the site, the labs, a paid plan, or the API, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you may bind it.
The in-browser labs are free and run on your device. Pro adds workflow features (cloud sessions, batch, branded reports, credits). Founder is a one-time purchase granting lifetime Pro features. Studio adds the hosted API/CLI/MCP for developers. Feature scope is described on /pricing and may evolve.
Paid plans are billed in EUR via Stripe. Subscriptions (Pro monthly/annual) auto-renew each period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from /account → Manage billing; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Founder is a single one-time payment, never renewed. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, not a personal guarantee of perpetuity; if the product is discontinued we will give reasonable notice.
As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. Because access is provided immediately, by completing checkout you request immediate performance and acknowledge that the withdrawal right lapses once the service has been fully provided. Outside that, contact hello@audiolab.tools . We handle reasonable refund requests fairly.
Don’t use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or upload content you have no right to process. For the hosted API: keep your key secret, stay within your plan’s rate/usage limits, and don’t attempt to overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend keys that abuse the service or endanger its stability.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Analysis outputs are informational (voice/signal labels are heuristic) and are not certified for legal, medical, or broadcast-compliance decisions. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced and the date below updated. These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes fall under the competent court in the Netherlands. Questions: hello@audiolab.tools.
