Delete your data.

MicLab, LevelLab, RoomLab and NoiseLab measure on your phone. Your recordings, your saved measurements and the names you give them stay on the device; the apps have no account and send nothing by default.

The only data that can leave the phone is the optional “Share anonymous measurement stats” setting, which is off until you turn it on. When it is on, each measurement sends its numeric results plus your device model, Android version, app version and language to PostHog (EU hosting), stored under a random ID that the app generated. No name, email, audio, file names or location.

1. Open the app and go to Settings, section Analytics.
2. Below the “Share anonymous measurement stats” switch you see your random ID. It appears once the switch has been on at least once; long-press it to copy.
3. Email the ID to privacy@audiolab.tools and name the app (MicLab, LevelLab, RoomLab or NoiseLab).
4. We delete every record stored under that ID and confirm by email, within 30 days and usually within a few days.

Turning the switch off stops all further collection immediately, even before you send the email. If the app shows no ID, the switch has never been on and there is nothing stored about you.

• Deleted: all measurement events under your ID (the numeric results, device model, Android version, app version and language) and the ID itself at PostHog.
• Kept: nothing tied to you. Aggregate counts that no longer reference any ID may remain in reports.
• Retention without a request: stats are kept no longer than twelve months, then removed automatically.
• On your phone: your measurements and settings stay until you erase them in the app (Settings, “Erase all saved measurements”) or uninstall it.
